Providing pictures of the BBQ & work area will help get the most accurate quote as fast as possible. text pictures to 647-861-3888 for a speedy quote.
We have 3 ARRIVAL time windows available: (9am-12pm, 11am-2pm & 1pm-4pm). We will do our best to accommodate your preferred window, however, this is not guaranteed. You will receive your arrival window confirmation the day before & on the day of your appointment via both a reminder email & text message.
Poor weather days will be rescheduled. (Rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.)
The client is responsible for any additional costs for any service including, but not limited to: parking, parts, etc.
We advise against taking leave from work to attend a service. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any work time missed due to service rescheduling, regardless of the circumstances.
A $40 call-out fee will be charged if our team arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to conditions beyond Synsix’s control. (e.g. blocked access, unprepared equipment, no water or electrical access, safety issues, weather, etc.).
We offer rush service to get your service done sooner than scheduled. Our technicians work overtime to try & get this done. The rush fee is $50-$500 reflective of the date the service is needed & availability.
We accept credit or debit only for payment.
