Full-Time operations MANAGER

We are seeking a reliable & hard-working individual to lead our team as a operations manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership capabilities, communicaTION SKILLS, work ethic & be able to handle a variety of tasks, including BBQ cleaning, yard clean up, assembly, general cleaning services, training employees, & other assigned duties.

Pay:

  • TRAINING: $21 / HR + TIPS

  • pay: $27-30 / hr + TIPS

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with both customers & employees

  • Organization & time management skills

  • An extensive understanding of the services & products we sell & our industry

  • leadership & management experience is necessary

  • full G license required

  • Customer service & cleaning experience are necessary

  • Experience with power tools & mechanical knowledge is necessary

  • excellent spatial and self awareness

  • TSSA license is preferred

Schedule: monday - friday, 6–10 hour shifts, 9am-7pm (latest), 2 DAYS OFF per week, weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, maintain & repair BBQ grills & equipment

  • Hiring & terminating employees

  • Training new staff

  • communicating with directors

  • Overseeing daily operations of the business

  • Coordinating several teams and communicating with clients

  • Completing performance evaluations for employees

  • Providing feedback to employees & answering questions to improve productivity

  • Negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, & clients

  • effectively use & maintain all equipment

  • Developing & maintaining good relationships with customers

  • Creating & implementing strategies for increasing quality & efficiency

  • Following the company’s budget

  • Perform yard clean up, including raking leaves, mowing lawns, trimming bushes, ETC.

  • Assemble products or furniture as needed

  • Maintaining & organizing company supplies & equipment

  • Upselling products & add-ons

  • COLLECTING PAYMENT

  • Perform general cleaning tasks

  • Drive work vehicles safely

  • CLEAN VEHICLES

  • Provide friendly & knowledgeable customer service

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • leadership & management experience

  • excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Physical ability to lift & carry heavy items safely

  • Able to perform physical labor & operate equipment

  • Good manual dexterity

  • High attention to detail & ability to follow verbal & written instructions

  • Reliability & punctuality

  • Able to meet deadlines, problem-solve & work well under pressure

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • G license required

  • Customer service & cleaning experience are necessary

  • Experience with power tools & mechanical knowledge

  • TSSA license is preferred

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

  • must have a working cell phone with data

  • weekend availability (as needed)

This is a full-time position, with a 5-day WORK WEEK. Pay will be based on experience & PERFORMANCE. ThIS opportunity comes with a full benefits package, performance bonuses, & UP TO 3 months of vacation.
