The Business Strategist & Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the company, with end-to-end marketing. From the initial goal setting, planning, & strategy for high-quality marketing content, to the complete execution & review of results.
We’re looking for talent that has a deep passion for people & how they activate on the internet. You’ll need to be able to connect our brand to culture & have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.
You should be obsessed with pop culture, & have a personal interest in social networks - particularly TikTok, Twitter, & Instagram - & whatever cool new thing pops up next. You’re an early adopter & experimenter
You believe that all facets of social media are powerful & deserve the same care – from text-only tweets to IG stories to collaborating with influencer teams, especially large activations that drive UGC.

Key Responsibilities:
Propose & Present innovative marketing & sales strategies to increase KPI’s
Watch market trends & data to develop short & long-term marketing strategies
Monitor, measure, & report the launch results
Use online tools & social media to maximize brand visibility to develop strong relationships & engagement
Film, create & post exciting, engaging, & addictive content with consistency driving positive results
Co-manage + organize all launches & other conversion events with the team
