SERVICE disclaimers

• The client is responsible for any additional costs for any service including, but not limited to: parking, parts, etc.

• We advise against taking leave from work to attend a service. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any work time missed due to service rescheduling, regardless of the circumstances.

• A $40 call-out fee will be charged if our team arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to conditions beyond Synsix’s control.(e.g. blocked access, unprepared equipment, no water or electrical access, safety issues, weather, etc.).

• We offer rush service to get your service done sooner than scheduled. Our technicians work on call & overtime to try & get this done. The rush fee is $50-$500 reflective of the date the service is needed & availability.

• We accept credit or debit for payment.
